Here are some creative ways you can help your dog stay cool, comfortable, and happy in the summer heat.

 

Keep ‘em Cool

TIP: If your pet(s) show of heat exhaustion, move them to a cool place, give them a drink of water, put a damp towel over their bodies, and get them to the vet ASAP.

 

Going Somewhere?

TIP: It can take less than 10 minutes for dogs and cats to develop heat stroke inside a hot vehicle.

TIP:  Exercise your pet early in the morning or later in the evening, when the sun is lowest.
