Welcome to an easy way to save time and money! With the Petsupplies.com AutoShip Program, you will receive an additional discount off the Petsupplies.com everyday low prices as well as the convenience of automatic deliveries. Never worry about running out again.
You select how often you want to receive each item, and we'll automatically send out the orders on that schedule. You may change the AutoShip frequency, item quantity and payment method at any time online using Manage AutoShip Details, located at https://www.Petsupplies.com/Account/ManageAutoShip.aspx.
There are no commitments or fees and you can cancel an auto shipment at any time.

We will email you approximately 1 week before each of your scheduled shipments. That will give you enough time to make any necessary updates to your order -- including your delivery schedule, item quantity, or payment method from Manage AutoShip Details, located at https://www.Petsupplies.com/Account/ManageAutoShip.aspx.

What products are eligible?
You can tell if an item is eligible for the Petsupplies.com AutoShip Program on the item detail page. You'll see the item is AutoShip eligible and be able to select that option and delivery frequency.
How do I place an order for an AutoShip item?
Here's how to place an order for the Petsupplies.com AutoShip Program:
1. Once you find an AutoShip eligible item you wish to purchase, select the AutoShip radio button and select the frequency in which you'd like to receive this item on the detail page.2. Enter the quantity and then select Add to Shopping Cart.
3. Continue our Checkout process.
4. After reviewing your order, click Submit Order to place your order.
As soon as you click Submit Order we will begin processing your first order.
Your next shipment will automatically be processed on the schedule you select when you place your initial order. Approximately 1 week before each scheduled shipment, we will send an e-mail notification to let you know your next order is being processed, allowing you a chance to make any necessary updates. On your scheduled shipment date we will process your order in our warehouse and send you both an order and a shipment confirmation email to keep you updated on the status of your AutoShip order.
How can I pay for my Auto Shipment?
Credit cards are the only forms of payment that can be used for AutoShip orders.
You pay for AutoShip items only as they are shipped. For each shipment, we will charge the credit card saved on file for the price of the item at the time the shipment is processed, less the AutoShip discount, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping and handling charges.
How do I manage my Auto Shipments?
After you place your order, you can manage your AutoShip details on the Manage AutoShip Details Page under My Account. There, you can change the AutoShip frequency, next shipment date, and payment method as well as Pause, Skip or Cancel your Auto Shipments.
How is my discount calculated?
The discount you receive for your Auto Shipment will be calculated using the Petsupplies.com regular price for the item on the day each shipment is processed less your AutoShip discount (some exclusions apply). Therefore, if the price of the item increases or decreases, the amount you're charged may also increase or decrease.
The AutoShip discount cannot be combined with Promotional Code discounts. When you first place your AutoShip order we will compare all applicable savings opportunities. You will receive the best price on all items on your order.
Why is the AutoShip discount not applying to my order?
There are some items that are not eligible for the AutoShip discount. Some products are excluded from discounts due to manufacturer guidelines.
AutoShip discounts and Promotional Code discounts cannot be combined. When you first place your AutoShip we will compare all applicable savings opportunities. You will receive the best price on all items on your order.
How is Shipping & Delivery handled for Auto Shipments?
Your scheduled shipment date is the date your AutoShip item will be released to our warehouse for processing. AutoShip items are not eligible for shipping upgrades.
You can expect to receive your shipment within 10 business days after your scheduled shipment date. An estimated delivery range will display on the Manage AutoShip Details Page under My Account, however Petsupplies.com cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email that includes your tracking number for your convenience.
What if an AutoShip item is not available on a scheduled shipment date?
If any AutoShip item is unavailable on the day it is scheduled to be shipped, we will notify you of the delay via email, and we will continue to attempt to fulfill the order. If the product becomes available, we will ship the item to you, and you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
If the item does not become available before the next scheduled shipment date, we will notify you via email that the shipment has been canceled. Future orders will not be affected, provided the AutoShip item becomes available, and will be delivered according to your selected schedule.
If any AutoShip item is discontinued or no longer available for any reason, we will automatically cancel your AutoShip for that item and no additional orders associated with that AutoShip item will be placed.
Why is my Auto Shipment on Hold?
If any problems arise with your Auto Shipment payment method, we will notify you via e-mail using the address associated with your account asking that you resolve the problem. All of your Auto Shipments will be placed on hold and no additional shipment will be processed or shipped until the problem has been resolved.
How do I update my Payment Method?
You can update your payment method via the Edit link under Payment Information the Manage AutoShip Details section of My Account. You will be able to update the current credit card, select another credit card you may have saved to your account, or add a new saved credit card and set that as the default credit card for your auto shipments.

How do I adjust my Auto Shipment schedule?
You can adjust your Auto Shipment schedule on the Manage AutoShip Page of My Account. You can pause, skip next delivery, change the next shipment date and frequency, update the quantity or cancel your Auto Shipment at any time.

What can I do if I’m getting too much?
You can pause, skip next delivery, re-schedule or change the quantity or frequency of your next Auto Shipment at any time on the Manage AutoShip Details section of My Account.
To pause your Auto Shipment, simply click on the “Pause AutoShip item” link on the Manage AutoShip Details Page. The Auto Shipment will be paused until you select the “Reactivate” link when are ready for it to be processed.
To skip your next scheduled shipment, simply click on the “Skip next delivery” link on the Manage Auto Details Page. We will not process the current shipment and will resume delivery on the next scheduled ship date.
You can also update the AutoShip quantity, next shipment date and/or frequency and select “Save Changes” if you’re receiving too much of an AutoShip item.

How do I cancel my Auto Shipment?
You can cancel your Auto Shipment at any time on the Manage AutoShip Details section of My Account. To cancel your Auto Shipment, simply click on the “Cancel AutoShip” link on the Manage AutoShip Details Page. Once an Auto Shipment is canceled it cannot be reactivated. However, if you’d like to start receiving the item automatically, you can simply place another AutoShip order for the item.

Can I change the item or add another item to my Auto Shipment?
At the current time, you would have to cancel the Auto Shipment, and then place another order for the new or additional AutoShip items. We are working hard on upgrading the program to make it better. In the near future you will be able to replace or add item on an Auto Shipment.
