This plastic bird bath is designed to keep water ice free all winter long. The unit is thermostatically controlled. It is 20'' in diameter. A sturdy weatherproof stand is included, but needs assembly. After assembly, all that needsto be done is place the bath on the stand, put water in it, and put it in a suitable location outside. It can also be mounted easily to a wooden deck rail.
