The Center Dee makes it easier to hook the leash. 5/8'' collar plus padding makes a good collar for the smaller dogs. To get the proper size, measure the dog's neck and add 2 inches. That size will fit in the middle hole. We use five holes in our collars.

Fitting Instructions: Tory collars have increments of 2'', and five holes in each collar. For a proper fit (at approximately the middle hole), measure the dog's neck, and add 2''. For example, if the dog's neck measures 14'', order a 16'' collar.
